Why is my credit card is not accepted?
The most common reasons for your card being declined are:

  • the address you entered does not match the address on file with your credit card bank.
You can try entering the address again, or contact your credit card bank to find out what address they are using.
  • the security code you entered is not correct. You must enter the correct code.
